Shipping Policy
Estoraé offers shipping within Nigeria. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days depending on your location.
*Please note: Launch orders placed for January 21st will begin shipping on a rolling basis from that date.
Returns & Exchanges
As each pair of Estoraé footwear is handmade with intention, we currently do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges for size within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
